Digital Marketing/Communications Expert

(intern with advanced skills would be considered)

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing/Communications  person.  

Ideally you will be experienced and have a high level of competency in the the following areas, combined with highly developed written skills.


Some of the initial projects will involve assisting building an online course for women, creation of a podcast and the creation of new websites.


It is expected that the successful candidate will be familiar with the required software tools of the trade that we use, inclusive of:


  • Kajabi – not compulsory but willing learn

  • Wix

  • Managing groups on Facebook and Linkedin 

  • All social media platforms

  • Mailchimp

Other duties will include:


  • Management of website, content creation and ensuring it is kept up to date

  • Responsible for automated bulk client communication 

  • Create of promotional material from concept to completion

  • Manage all social media platforms including content, managing communities and responding to all communication

  • Assist with event co-ordination and execution from concept to completion of event

  • Writing blog posts on the subject matter of financial literacy and or property topics, and managing a blog

Wealth Advocate/Property Investment Mentor


Reporting directly to our Founder, Marion Mays, the successful candidate will play an important role in helping Thalia Stanley Group assist more people to achieve their financial and lifestyle goals.


Required qualifications:

  • Agents Representative Licence – Real Estate

  • PS146 - Diploma of Financial Planning


Professional coaching and NLP qualifications preferred or strong exposure to personal development and wilingness to undertake training in either coaching/NLP or both.


Skills and experience required:


  • Minimum of five years working as a property investment mentor/educator

  • Strong knowledge of the Australian property marketplace

  • Be research driven and able to produce information and reports to assist clients in making informed decisions based on facts

  • Strong people skills and the ability to create and grow professional networks

  • Experienced and confident at generating leads over and above those that come from our events or other marketing activities.


Candidates with a strong financial services background are preferred.


Most importantly, because our clients are our highest priority, candidates must be deeply passionate about helping others and have the highest level of people and service skills.


This is a full time role with flexible hours. Financial renumeration and conditions of engagement are negotiable.
